Hey Guys!!! Great to see this site! I did yesterday’s SDLHP/push jerk workout…14:36…and just the bar for prego here…I’m feeling really good, but I have to keep slowing down b/c my heart rate gets up too high! I’m also starting to sport a nice little belly too. Hope everyone is well- and- I’m SO GLAD we have posted workouts again!!!!
