Tried to make me go to rehab!! Days 14 & 15 I think

I would love to tell you that I have been eating more regularly but I haven’t. Because of my exertion level lowering with my workouts my appetite has totally fallen by the waist-side and honestly it wasn’t great before.
I have still been doing one day on one off with yoga on my off days. I did do deadlift’s yesterday and they felt somewhat good. I didn’t go over 55K (I promise), and I did 8 – 15 reps at each weight so keeping it light.
You may or may not know that I am a horrible insomniac and have been for years. I hear a lot about my crazy workouts but I literally have to wear myself out in order to sleep. I’ve gone through fazes of working out 3 times a day just so I will sleep at night which of course doesn’t last long because its completely stupid and recipe for injury as I have proven time and again. I am a total space cadet at the moment because sleeping is impossible. I cannot do the whole chanting and meditation stuff I’m far too ADD. I listen to techno and Metallica doing yoga for goodness sake! I am going to have to rethink doing an evening workout as well as a morning one as I think I may have to. I need my beauty sleep and trust me you all need my beauty sleep too.
Today i did yoga and I have time this morning to do a lot of it so its me and James Hetfield for an hour of power……….hahahahaha.
