		<description>I appreciate this article very much. I&#039;ve coached at Crossfit gyms where personal accountability of the athlete was not an expectation because the owners did not want to offend anyone. I commit 100% of myself to every athlete I coach; therefore; I don&#039;t succeed until they do. Because of that, I cannot keep coaching an athlete who doesn&#039;t follow through with their &#039;training&#039; outside the gym. An occasional cheat or lack of attention is fine, life happens to all of us at some point. But overall commitment from both of us is needed.
