100224 – Barbell Basics Interest Meeting

We will be holding an interest meeting for a Barbell Basics class. Sole focus of the class will be to increase strength levels and put on muscular bodyweight. We will NOT be doing any Crossfit style metabolic conditioning, only heavy barbell lifts. Target audience is primarily skinny high school age athletes, but is open to anybody who wants to get bigger and stronger.

Peter will go over the concept and specifics behind the class, and field any questions.

We will meet at Crossfit Downtown Winston on February 27 at 11AM following open gym. Parents and kids are both invited to attend. If you have any skinny friends that might be interested, bring them along too.
