Crossfit Classes:
This is the heart of what we do at Crossfit Downtown Winston. Classes include warm-up, followed by strength training and then high-intensity metabolic conditioning. This is where training enters the realm of sport and the competition begins. Classes are intense, challenging, & fun.
Beginner Program
For those new to Crossfit, our coaches will spend the first month with you learning proper lifting techniques, focusing on form, and ramping up conditioning. Everything we do focuses on quality of instruction, safety, and effectiveness to ensure a solid foundation and long-term success.
One-on-one private training
Private training sessions last one hour and include warm-up, skill training, workout, and nutrition talk. These sessions are great for those who need flexibility in scheduling workouts, as you set the dates and times for your workouts.
Private training is ideal for those individuals who need to increase their fitness level before joining regular Crossfit classes. Private training is also recommended for individuals with aggressive weight loss goals, medical issues or injury rehab requiring specific attention from our coaches.
